Kearsley Marketing Enterprises collects Data through the use of "cookies" and "pixel tags". Cookies are small text files that web servers send to a user's computer when they visit a website. Cookies are stored as text files on the user's internet browser, and can be accessed by web servers when the user returns to a website or goes to another website. Cookies are used by companies to collect and send information about a user's website visit. Information collected by third party pixel or cookie tracking will be shared with those third parties, including Kearsley Marketing Enterprises advertising agencies, for the purposes of sending targeted advertisements and for other similar purposes.
Consumers can remove tracking technologies and opt-out of receiving behavioral advertising by visiting NAI or DAA. Users can opt-out of receiving any Kearsley Marketing Enterprises email related targeting by emailing us at kme@heba365.com and requesting your email address be removed form our Email marketing lists.
